Each mold is designed using a 3D scanner, ensuring it is tailored specifically to each gun model. After pressing, CNC machines are used to cut the shells and drill the necessary holes. Each gun model follows a precise trim path to guarantee the weapon is covered appropriately where needed for safety and functionality.
